Will homes lose their views?
Open Acordion

Waterfront blocks retain their views, and no existing home is losing something it was sold with. The resort precinct was always planned as a future stage of the overall vision.

Is there a focus on affordable housing in the area?
Open Acordion

Yes. While Trinity Point is a luxury waterfront destination, it is just one part of Johnson Property Group’s long-term commitment to the Lake Macquarie region.

Keith Johnson, the founder and developer behind Trinity Point, is also the visionary behind Watagan Park, an award winning master planned residential community just 15 minutes from the marina.

Watagan Park has been created specifically to provide affordable, family friendly living close to nature, schools and essential services. With over 1,200 lots delivered to date and more homes to come, it is helping to meet the region’s growing demand for housing and is already home to hundreds of local families.

Together, Trinity Point and Watagan Park offer a diverse range of housing options, from affordable family homes to premium resort style living, all within the same thriving region.
